In this key role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation programs aligned with national immunization programs (NIP) and broader strategic objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening collaboration with Ministry of Health (MOH) and other stakeholders to enhance vaccine utilization, awareness, and accessibility. By identifying new opportunities for vaccine inclusion and brand expansion, you will proactively drive growth while ensuring seamless procurement processes and supply chain efficiency to prevent shortages.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within public health authorities and government entities to ensure alignment with our company’s objectives and foster long-term engagement.
• Program Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of vaccination campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with regional and national health priorities.
• NIP Advocacy and Expansion: Drive the inclusion of our vaccines in national immunization programs by collaborating with MOH and other health authorities, while proactively identifying opportunities for brand switches and new inclusions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee procurement processes and implement robust tracking mechanisms to guarantee smooth supply chains, minimize disruptions, and avoid vaccine shortages.
• Value Proposition Communication: Articulate the strategic and operational benefits of our vaccines to stakeholders, driving mutually beneficial business opportunities and fostering trust in our solutions.
• Awareness and Outreach: Expand vaccine reach through targeted awareness campaigns and strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions and MOH, ensuring broader accessibility and adoption.
• Market and Compliance Leadership: Stay ahead of evolving market dynamics and regulatory requirements, ensuring 100% compliance with company standards, PV SOPs, and local health regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Experience: At least three years of experience in the vaccines market, with a demonstrated ability to navigate public sector dynamics and government partnerships.
• Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of the public health economy, customer needs, and market trends, enabling you to develop data-driven strategies and measure performance through KPIs.
