In this full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, you will leverage your expertise in medical representation to foster meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), drive evidence-based prescribing decisions, and ensure compliance with the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Cooper Pharma’s market presence. Key responsibilities include:

• Territory & Account Management: Develop and execute strategic routing plans to engage key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers, ensuring consistent and impactful interactions across your assigned territory.
• Scientific Detailing: Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations on product indications, clinical profiles, and therapeutic advantages to support informed prescribing practices.
• Sales Execution & Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by implementing consultative selling techniques and refining account strategies to expand market share.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather actionable insights from healthcare professionals to inform strategic decision-making.
• CRM & Activity Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, detailing logs, and sales opportunities using our advanced CRM systems to track performance and opportunities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to SFDA guidelines, Saudi Ministry of Health regulations, and global ethical promotion standards to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To thrive in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for healthcare innovation. We are seeking candidates with:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, reflecting a strong foundation in medical sciences and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Representative, with a proven track record of driving results in the Saudi Arabian market. Motivated fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmacology, clinical detailing methodologies, and territory management principles to effectively engage with HCPs.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English to facilitate seamless interactions with diverse stakeholders.
• Tools & Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems, digital reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Mobility & Status: A valid Saudi Driving License and a transferable Saudi Iqama (or Saudi National status) to ensure compliance with local regulations.
