• Exceptional Guest and Resident Engagement: Deliver unparalleled hospitality with professionalism and warmth, addressing special requests with creativity and efficiency. From warm greetings to personalized recommendations, your interactions will set the tone for a memorable experience.
• Seamless Guest Services: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and registrations with precision, managing payments and adhering to cashiering policies while ensuring smooth transitions for all guests.
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted resource for residents and guests, resolving inquiries—ranging from operational details to event coordination—with clarity and empathy. Your ability to navigate challenges will directly contribute to resident satisfaction and community cohesion.
• Collaborative Operations: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Leasing, Property Management, and Community Engagement, to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and special events. Your organizational skills will ensure seamless execution of logistical and administrative tasks.
• Community and Amenity Management: Maintain communal spaces, track loaned items, and stay current on property amenities and local attractions. Your attention to detail will enhance the functionality and appeal of our living spaces.
• Technology and Documentation: Leverage software tools to input requests, manage documents, and maintain accurate records—such as package logs, project trackers, and vendor access. Your proficiency will streamline operations and ensure transparency.
• Marketing and Community Initiatives: Collaborate with the Community Engagement team to promote building events, programs, and marketing initiatives, amplifying resident engagement and fostering a sense of belonging.
• Flexible and Adaptable Service: Embrace varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and operational peaks, to meet the dynamic needs of our residents and guests.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to creating meaningful connections. While no experience is required, the following qualities will set you apart:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education or hospitality/residential services experience is a significant advantage.
• Hospitality and Residential Expertise: Prior experience in luxury hospitality or residential services is highly preferred, particularly in roles that emphasize guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage residents, guests, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
• Technological Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various software platforms and digital tools to manage requests, documentation, and communications efficiently.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A proactive mindset with strong analytical skills to address challenges creatively and prioritize tasks in high-pressure scenarios.
• Organizational Excellence: Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining order in both physical and digital environments.
