In this role, you will:

• Design and Implement Reliable Systems: Develop and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems that align with industry best practices and Wipro’s commitment to excellence.
• Automate Infrastructure Operations: Leverage automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response, reducing manual intervention and human error.
• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Utilize advanced monitoring tools to track system health, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of reliability practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with a proactive mindset, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously upskill and stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in site reliability and cloud infrastructure.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and innovation initiatives that elevate the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

What We Look For:

• A strong foundation in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with automation scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) and troubleshooting complex system issues.
• A deep understanding of networking, security best practices, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
