Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with international benchmarks and local regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align quality objectives with project timelines and budgets.
• Lead training programs to enhance QA/QC awareness and competence among team members.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and compliance records.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and regulatory changes, advocating for best practices within the organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring all projects adhere to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Proven expertise in implementing and certifying quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Strong knowledge of local and international construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to guide teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools, such as SAP, MaxQ, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
