In this role, you will:

• Operate the Airbus A321 aircraft with confidence and expertise, adhering to strict operational procedures and regulatory standards to ensure the safety of passengers and crew.
• Collaborate closely with Captains to execute flight plans, manage in-flight operations, and make critical decisions in real-time, demonstrating strong teamwork and leadership.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols, including pre-flight checks, emergency procedures, and adherence to air traffic control instructions.
• Enhance passenger experience by delivering smooth, punctual, and professional service, reflecting Riyadh Air’s commitment to excellence.
• Contribute to crew training and mentorship, sharing your expertise to support the development of junior pilots and uphold our high operational standards.
• Stay current with aviation regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

• A valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with an Airbus A321 type rating, along with extensive experience flying multi-crew jet operations.
• Proven experience as a First Officer on similar aircraft, with a strong track record of safety and operational excellence.
• A deep understanding of IFR (Instrument Flight Rules), advanced navigation systems, and emergency procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills, both in English and Arabic (a significant advantage), to effectively interact with crew, air traffic control, and passengers.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions in dynamic flight environments.
