We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Government Affairs Manager to lead our public policy and government affairs strategy in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will position you as a strategic thought leader, bridging the gap between Johnson & Johnson’s global ambitions and the evolving healthcare landscape in the Kingdom. Key Responsibilities

As the senior public policy advocate for Johnson & Johnson in Saudi Arabia, your leadership will be instrumental in:

• Strategic Policy Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking public policy and government affairs strategy that aligns with national healthcare objectives, ensuring our medical technologies thrive in a supportive regulatory and political environment. Monitor legislative and political developments to anticipate opportunities and mitigate risks, translating complex policy trends into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Thought Leadership: Drive expertise in critical healthcare topics such as system reform, value-based care, sustainability, digital health, data governance, and modernization. Position Johnson & Johnson as a trusted voice in shaping Saudi Arabia’s healthcare future.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with national and regional policymakers, government officials, and public institutions, fostering long-term, high-trust relationships. Represent the company as a credible spokesperson in high-stakes policy dialogues and negotiations.
• Industry Advocacy: Lead engagement with national and regional trade associations, coalitions, and multi-stakeholder platforms. Influence industry positions, advocacy strategies, and policy narratives, while taking on leadership roles in relevant forums to amplify our collective impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advise country and regional leadership on public policy matters, ensuring seamless alignment between government affairs, regulatory affairs, market access, medical affairs, communications, legal, and commercial teams. Bridge gaps between policy priorities and business strategies to drive cohesive, impactful outcomes.
