Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives, brand positioning, and regional market trends. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and audience analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Stay ahead of emerging platforms, cultural moments, and digital trends to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Lead the planning, coordination, and optimization of social and digital campaigns, including paid social initiatives. Manage audience targeting, campaign performance, and real-time adjustments to maximize reach and engagement. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaigns that exceed client expectations and KPIs.
• Content & Community Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of client social media accounts, maintaining brand consistency, tone of voice, and cultural relevance. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content, manage content calendars, and ensure deadlines are met. Actively moderate communities, respond to audience interactions, and foster positive engagement to build lasting connections.
• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable reports that highlight engagement trends, audience feedback, and optimization opportunities. Leverage analytics to refine strategies, improve content performance, and drive continuous growth for our clients.
• Collaboration & Client Engagement: Work closely with account managers, creatives, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation, bringing fresh perspectives to every initiative.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related agency environment, with a proven track record of success.
• Deep expertise in major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn) and a strong understanding of the Saudi digital landscape, including regional trends and audience behaviors.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic, with exceptional writing and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience managing multiple brands or clients, demonstrating the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and strong organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work in or relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
