  Develop and own the comprehensive strategy, business model, and growth roadmap for Zid Financing, ensuring alignment with Zid’s long-term vision. Craft a data-driven business plan that outlines fund size, deployment strategies, portfolio performance, revenue projections, and margin optimization. Continuously refine the financing proposition to maximize value for Zid’s merchant partners while identifying high-potential growth opportunities. Prioritize initiatives with clarity and accountability, ensuring execution delivers measurable results.
• Credit Risk & Merchant Eligibility
  Design and refine the eligibility framework for merchants seeking financing, balancing accessibility with risk mitigation. Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance credit scoring models and risk assessment logic. Monitor portfolio quality rigorously, leveraging analytics to optimize approval rates, financing terms, and risk-adjusted returns. Strike the delicate balance between scalable growth and prudent risk management to ensure a resilient financing model.
• Fund Partnerships & Commercial Excellence
  Source, evaluate, and negotiate strategic funding partnerships that align with Zid’s objectives. Act as the primary commercial liaison with financial institutions and investors, managing relationships to secure favorable terms and long-term commitments. Align funding capacity with business demand while negotiating structures that enhance Zid’s competitive edge. Build and maintain trust-based partnerships that drive mutual success.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Governance
  Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations and all applicable lending requirements. Work seamlessly with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to interpret and implement regulatory frameworks. Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks throughout the financing lifecycle. Establish robust governance frameworks to safeguard Zid’s reputation and operational integrity.
• Funnel Optimization & Operational Efficiency
  Own the end-to-end financing funnel, from initial merchant engagement to approval, disbursement, and portfolio management. Drive improvements in lead-to-funded conversion rates and reduce time-to-decision through process innovation. Partner with Product, Operations, and Technology to streamline the financing journey, eliminating bottlenecks and enhancing user experience. Define and track KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and continuous performance optimization.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
  Bridge the gap between business strategy and execution by translating requirements into actionable priorities for Product, Technology, and Operations teams. Champion Zid’s financing roadmap by influencing and negotiating priorities across stakeholders, ensuring resources and focus are aligned with growth objectives. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, driving alignment on the business plan, roadmap, and execution priorities.
