Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will serve as the backbone of our crew support operations, ensuring seamless assistance across a wide spectrum of activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crew Welfare and Support: Provide timely and proactive assistance to crew members regarding attendance, welfare, travel arrangements, and operational queries to ensure their readiness and satisfaction.
• 24/7 Operational Coordination: Manage and oversee crew support activities around the clock, addressing urgent matters such as sickness, emergencies, roster adjustments, and accommodation logistics with urgency and precision.
• Attendance and Anomaly Management: Collaborate with operational teams to track crew attendance, report anomalies, and manage fatigue-related concerns while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
• Logistics and Travel Coordination: Streamline travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, and ground transportation, while adhering to company policies and ensuring crew comfort and efficiency.
• Emergency Response and Readiness: Contribute to emergency preparedness initiatives and coordinate business travel records to maintain operational resilience and adaptability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a vital liaison between operational teams, crew members, and external partners, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Investigation and Reporting: Support investigative processes and provide clear, actionable reports to drive continuous operational improvement and excellence.
