Your Impact

As the Product and Application Manager, your responsibilities will be both strategic and hands-on, requiring a blend of technical authority and collaborative leadership. You will:

• Shape Product Strategy and Market Growth: Lead the development and execution of product strategy for Leica Biosystems’ histopathology portfolio in Saudi Arabia, aligning with regional and global objectives. Drive adoption, market penetration, and expansion initiatives through data-driven plans that engage commercial and application teams. Conduct rigorous market feasibility assessments to identify opportunities, evaluate customer demand, and refine competitive positioning—ensuring our solutions address real-world challenges and drive portfolio growth.
• Elevate Application Excellence: Mentor and develop the Application Consultant team, fostering a culture of expertise, innovation, and customer-centric problem-solving. Act as the go-to histopathology subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, high-impact product demonstrations, and validation support. Build enduring relationships with pathologists and laboratory stakeholders, ensuring seamless product adoption through tailored training and application support.
• Own Tender Strategy and Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end tender responses for high-stakes opportunities, including NUPCO and major institutional tenders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Tendering, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal—to craft compliant, competitive submissions that secure critical contracts. Post-tender, coordinate follow-ups and ensure smooth project handover to relevant teams, maximizing the impact of awarded opportunities.
• Drive Marketing and Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing to design and execute local campaigns, workshops, and scientific events that resonate with customer needs. Work closely with Sales, Service, and Shared Services to align priorities and deliver a cohesive customer experience. Contribute to broader Danaher initiatives, leveraging insights to enhance the Diagnostics platform’s presence in Saudi Arabia.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Apply Danaher Business System (DBS) principles to optimize processes, standardize workflows, and drive operational excellence. Continuously refine strategies based on customer feedback and market trends, ensuring Leica Biosystems remains at the forefront of histopathology innovation.
