As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing sophisticated agentic architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and APIs. Your work will span single-agent and multi-agent systems, ensuring robust workflow orchestration, context-aware reasoning, and dynamic decision-making. Whether leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory systems, or advanced tool calling, your solutions will empower AI to operate autonomously while maintaining reliability, interpretability, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Architecting and Deploying Autonomous AI Systems: Design and implement agentic AI frameworks that integrate foundation models, enterprise infrastructure, and external APIs to solve complex business problems. Utilize both established agentic frameworks and custom-built orchestrators to ensure scalability and adaptability.
• Building Intelligent Workflows: Develop and refine RAG pipelines, memory systems, and reasoning engines that enable AI agents to make data-driven, context-aware decisions. Ensure persistent, adaptive behavior through sophisticated context engineering and tool integration.
• Orchestrating Multi-Agent Systems: Design and optimize workflows for single-agent and multi-agent collaboration, including planning, delegation, tool selection, inter-agent communication, and human-in-the-loop oversight. Balance autonomy with performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Partner with Generative AI engineers, application developers, MLOps specialists, and product teams to transition agentic AI solutions from prototype to production-ready deployment. Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Ensuring AI Safety and Reliability: Monitor, evaluate, and benchmark agent performance to guarantee safety, accuracy, and trustworthiness. Implement guardrails, observability, and explainability frameworks to enhance user confidence and system robustness.
• Documenting and Innovating: Clearly document agent architectures, communication protocols, guardrails, and orchestration logic to ensure reproducibility and scalability. Stay ahead of industry advancements in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, RAG, and AI safety to continuously refine and innovate.
• Driving Customer-Centric Solutions: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions that address customer needs and drive measurable business outcomes.
