As the IT Team Lead, you will oversee the organization’s end-to-end IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of cloud architecture, identity management, and cybersecurity frameworks. Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, your responsibilities will include:

• Cloud Architecture & Governance: Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s cloud infrastructure, including tenant architecture, identity management, access governance, and licensing across all business units. Ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency in cloud operations.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Champion cybersecurity initiatives by overseeing security tooling, monitoring, and compliance strategies. Strengthen IT resilience and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, mitigating risks while safeguarding sensitive data.
• ERP & System Administration: Manage ERP user access, security roles, and licensing, while supporting system rollouts across functional modules. Ensure seamless integration and optimization of business-critical applications.
• Network & Infrastructure Design: Architect and maintain robust network infrastructure and hosting solutions to support new digital initiatives and business systems. Drive innovation in IT infrastructure to enhance performance and reliability.
• IT Support Leadership: Lead the IT Support team by managing workloads, ticket queues, and performance metrics. Serve as the primary technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems, and security issues, ensuring rapid resolution and operational continuity.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity to drive teams and strategic initiatives.
• Certification in Microsoft Azure Administration (AZ-104) is mandatory. A Microsoft 365 or security certification (e.g., SC-300) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience administering ERP systems and utilizing SIEM and EDR security tools to enhance threat detection and response.
• Experience in facilities management or multi-site operations is a valuable asset, ensuring adaptability in diverse IT environments.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex IT challenges and inspire high performance in teams.
