As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be at the forefront of software development, collaborating across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from ideation to deployment and continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using industry-leading technologies such as React.js/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Build and Optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and a microservices architecture, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Integrate AI/GenAI Services with enterprise applications, leveraging vector databases and machine learning outputs to enhance decision-making and automation.
• Implement Robust Security by designing and enforcing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and authorization frameworks aligned with enterprise security standards.
• Deploy and Manage applications across OpenShift/Kubernetes, cloud, and on-premise environments, ensuring seamless scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Data Experts to translate complex data insights into actionable features, working closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to embed analytics into applications.
• Support End-to-End Development, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, performance tuning, monitoring, and production support to ensure flawless user experiences.
• Maintain Comprehensive Documentation, including architecture diagrams, API contracts, and deployment specifications, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future scalability.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining full-stack applications within enterprise environments, demonstrating a strong portfolio of scalable and high-impact solutions.
• Proven expertise in React.js or Angular, with a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and best practices for building performant, maintainable applications.
• Strong backend development skills in .NET and Python, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing robust server-side logic and APIs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, including advanced JavaScript concepts such as asynchronous programming, design patterns, and modern tooling.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, with experience in designing modular, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, including deployment and management on OpenShift, Kubernetes, and hybrid environments, ensuring seamless scalability and reliability.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI integration, including experience working with vector databases, machine learning models, and data pipelines to embed intelligent features into applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
