As a Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) for Hematology, you will serve as the strategic liaison between BMS and healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Riyadh, ensuring that our innovative therapies are understood, adopted, and utilized effectively. This field-based role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to advancing patient outcomes through scientific engagement, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities designed to maximize the impact of BMS hematology therapies in the region:

• Disease and Treatment Landscape Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of hematological diseases, emerging clinical data, and the evolving treatment landscape. Synthesize complex clinical information to provide actionable insights for internal teams, helping to shape future strategic initiatives and address critical knowledge gaps within the territory. Develop tailored learning programs to educate HCPs on the latest advancements and best practices in hematology care.
• Scientific Engagement and Product Communication: Develop and execute a territory-specific engagement plan aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that all interactions with HCPs are medically accurate, timely, and scientifically robust. Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians, nurses, and other HCPs, proactively addressing their questions and concerns regarding BMS products. Stay ahead of emerging data and trends to deliver up-to-date, evidence-based information that supports clinical decision-making.
• Product Enlistment and Economic Value Engagement: Conduct comprehensive hospital mapping to identify key stakeholders and tailor engagement strategies to each institution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including clinical pharmacists, treating physicians, and hospital administrators—to facilitate formulary enlistment and ensure timely access to approved BMS therapies. Articulate the scientific and economic value of our products through compelling, data-driven narratives, addressing both clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness to influence healthcare decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including HEOR experts, government agencies, and healthcare organizations. Align your activities with cross-functional team objectives, ensuring seamless execution of programs that enhance the adoption of BMS therapies. Actively seek input from diverse perspectives to refine strategies and overcome challenges in complex access environments.
• Compliance and Ethical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of compliance in all interactions, adhering strictly to internal policies and external regulations. Promote a culture of integrity and accountability, reporting any potential compliance concerns promptly and transparently to management.
