Key Responsibilities:

• Tender and Proposal Development: Provide expert technical input to the Tender Department, assisting in the preparation and submission of high-caliber technical proposals and bid documentation that position TEAM Group as a leader in the market.
• Business Development and Client Engagement: Partner with the Branch Manager to identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and engage with clients to foster long-term relationships and growth.
• Branch Operationalization: Contribute to the technical development and startup of the Riyadh branch, helping establish processes, standards, and a culture of excellence from the ground up.
