We are seeking a dedicated Applications/Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional pre- and post-sales support for Roche’s product portfolio. This dynamic position requires a technical expert who thrives at the intersection of innovation, customer-centric service, and strategic collaboration. As part of our global team, you will provide end-to-end application and systems support, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• Deliver world-class application support by aligning with evolving client needs and Roche’s strategic business objectives, ensuring consistent and high-quality service across all interactions.
• Leverage industry-leading methodologies and established systems to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, driving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with sales and field service teams to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities, ensuring that technical expertise directly supports revenue growth and customer retention.
• Implement and uphold global Roche application standards, including rigorous case reporting, follow-up protocols, and system configuration best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct formal system commissioning, technical configuration, and user training to empower clients with the knowledge and tools needed to maximize the value of Roche’s solutions.
• Proactively analyze customer satisfaction metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement, formulating and executing strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery.
• Ensure 24/7 operational coverage during core and extended hours, adhering to contractual service level agreements (SLAs) to provide reliable and responsive support.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay ahead of industry advancements, maintaining deep expertise across all assigned product lines and technologies.

Who You Are

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a passion for technology and healthcare innovation. To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) or medical device industry, with a strong foundation in application support, system integration, or technical consulting.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex technical challenges with efficiency and creativity.
• Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and internal partners.
• Additional language skills are a plus, particularly Arabic or other languages relevant to the regional market, enhancing your ability to serve a global customer base.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering personalized, high-value solutions that align with Roche’s mission of improving patient outcomes.
