Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) and Asset Management teams to develop and refine **budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans** for operating assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives. Support **pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases** by designing scenario-based financial models that anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Monitor and analyze **actual performance against financial targets**, delivering **variance analyses and actionable insights** to stakeholders at all levels—from operational leaders to executive leadership. Leverage advanced tools like **Power BI and Anaplan** to design **interactive dashboards and performance reports**, transforming complex data into clear, strategic narratives that drive informed decision-making.

Act as the **primary financial liaison** between the FP&A department and asset management teams, providing **strategic financial recommendations** on critical decisions—including **pricing strategies, operating models, and capital investment proposals**. What You’ll Bring
