• Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being, meticulously documenting findings and prioritizing care interventions to address critical needs.
• Individualized Care Planning: Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans that align with patient preferences, cultural considerations, and the latest clinical guidelines.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers to coordinate seamless care transitions, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care across all healthcare settings.
• Medication and Treatment Management: Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and treatments with precision, adhering strictly to prescribed protocols, dosage calculations, and safety protocols while vigilantly monitoring patient responses for adverse reactions.
• Clinical Procedures and Interventions: Perform essential nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care, and specimen collection, with unwavering adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Patient Education and Empowerment: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medication regimens, and self-care strategies, fostering informed decision-making and promoting adherence to therapeutic protocols.
• Preventive Healthcare Advocacy: Guide patients toward preventive healthcare measures, lifestyle modifications, and community resources to enhance overall wellness and disease prevention.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses in electronic health records (EHR) or paper charts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Continuous Learning and Development: Actively participate in educational initiatives, orientation programs, and ongoing training to stay abreast of advancements in nursing practice and contribute to the professional growth of new team members.
• Quality Improvement and Compliance: Engage in committees and quality improvement activities aimed at enhancing patient care and optimizing the work environment. Support accreditation efforts by reviewing and adhering to national and international healthcare standards and policies.
• Safety and Environmental Stewardship: Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, families, and staff by overseeing the proper handling of equipment, medications, and medical gases, while implementing rigorous infection control measures and emergency preparedness protocols.

• Reporting and Administrative Duties: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing practice, a passion for patient advocacy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, reflecting a solid academic background and clinical knowledge.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a related healthcare field, demonstrating proficiency in delivering patient-centered care across diverse medical settings.
• Licensure: A valid SCFHS License, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and affirming your eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in Saudi Arabia.
