As a Senior .NET Developer at KalSoft, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, enterprise-grade applications while ensuring seamless performance, security, and scalability. Your expertise will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical innovation and business objectives, driving efficiency through automation, and integrating AI-driven capabilities to enhance user experiences and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Architecting and Developing sophisticated enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web APIs, ensuring adherence to best practices in software design and development.
• Providing L2/L3 application support, including troubleshooting complex issues, managing incident resolution, and conducting root cause analysis to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Designing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures to support high-performance application requirements and data integrity.
• Developing automation solutions, workflows, and web bots using Python, as well as integrating system-level automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Contributing to AI, LLM, Chatbot, and Generative AI initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to create intelligent, user-centric solutions that drive business value.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, co-design technical solutions, oversee testing phases, and ensure smooth deployment and production support.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact applications in enterprise environments.
• Proficient skills in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, REST APIs, and SQL Server, with a deep understanding of their respective architectures and optimization techniques.
• Experience with Python, automation, web bots, and system integrations, enabling you to develop efficient, scalable solutions that enhance productivity.
• Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, Chatbots, and Generative AI, along with the ability to innovate and implement these technologies in real-world applications.
• A strong foundation in application support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution across teams.
• Preferred experience in the Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment sectors, where your expertise can directly contribute to high-stakes, data-driven environments.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
