About the Role

As an Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end ERP transformation programs, ensuring seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across diverse industries. This strategic position demands a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management to oversee complex implementations from inception to operational stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Lifecycle ERP Implementations: Direct comprehensive Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP transformation programs, aligning technological advancements with business objectives to drive operational efficiency and growth.
• Project Governance and Delivery Excellence: Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to industry standards and PMO frameworks. Adapt delivery methodologies—Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid—to optimize project outcomes.
• Cutover and Go-Live Strategy: Oversee meticulous planning for cutover, go-live execution, hypercare phases, and coexistence strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth transitions.
• Environment and Testing Governance: Coordinate environment planning, release management, and rigorous testing governance to validate system integrity and performance before deployment.
• Data Migration and Business Readiness: Lead data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities to ensure seamless integration and operational continuity.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration: Engage key stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and provide executive reporting to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
• Change Management and Adoption: Drive organizational change management initiatives, including training and user adoption strategies, to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

• 12+ Years of Project/Program Management: A proven track record in leading large-scale ERP transformation programs across diverse sectors and enterprise environments.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and best practices.
• Methodological Versatility: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks, enabling adaptability to project-specific requirements.
• ERP Governance and Cutover Mastery: Extensive knowledge of ERP governance, cutover planning, testing methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Leadership: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage complex relationships and drive collaborative outcomes.
• Industry Standards Compliance: Familiarity with telecom industry standards and regulatory frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational and compliance requirements.
