- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications, including clinical and administrative systems, to guarantee optimal performance and uptime.
- Network and System Support: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, monitor system health, and resolve basic server-related problems to maintain a stable IT environment.
- Clinical IT Assistance: Provide specialized support for healthcare-specific software and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- Security and Compliance: Enforce IT security policies, manage user access controls, and conduct regular audits to safeguard sensitive data and ensure adherence to industry standards.
