Key Responsibilities

As the Senior SEO & Organic Growth Specialist, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical initiatives designed to elevate MOZN’s digital presence. Your responsibilities will include:

• SEO & Organic Growth Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals, focusing on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation. Build comprehensive SEO roadmaps tailored to diverse products, industries, and target markets while conducting rigorous competitor and search opportunity analyses to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Technical SEO Excellence: Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement high-impact optimizations to enhance site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals. Drive improvements in page speed, mobile performance, structured data, schema markup, redirects, and XML sitemaps to ensure peak search engine visibility and user experience.
• Website Performance & UX Optimization: Oversee the health and performance of MOZN’s website, collaborating closely with developers to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues. Optimize user journeys, navigation, engagement, and conversion paths through data-backed experimentation and landing page refinements.
• Content & Organic Visibility: Partner with content teams to craft SEO-driven content strategies, including topic clusters, content briefs, and keyword frameworks. Optimize high-impact pages such as blogs, solution pages, product pages, and resource centers while improving multilingual search performance across English and Arabic content.
• AI Search Optimization: Pioneer MOZN’s visibility in AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. Develop strategies to enhance citation frequency, authority, and discoverability within AI-generated responses while staying ahead of emerging AI search trends and adapting SEO strategies accordingly.
• Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics such as organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, website engagement, MQLs, and revenue influence. Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Authority Building & Thought Leadership: Lead initiatives to acquire high-quality backlinks and establish MOZN as a thought leader in the AI and enterprise software space through PR, guest posting, and digital authority campaigns.

Additionally, you will leverage a suite of advanced tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and Microsoft Clarity, to monitor performance, identify trends, and execute data-driven optimizations.

• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology sectors, with a keen understanding of commercial impact and pipeline generation.
• Technical acumen to diagnose and resolve complex SEO challenges, including site architecture, crawlability, and performance metrics.

• Experience managing multilingual SEO programs, including optimization for English and Arabic content.
