- Revenue & Cost Analysis: Conduct in-depth evaluations of revenue streams, operating expenses, maintenance costs, and profitability trends to uncover inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Budget & Variance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive budget vs. actual reports, variance analyses, and profitability dashboards to provide leadership with real-time insights.
- Revenue Cycle Optimization: Monitor the monthly revenue cycle, identify potential revenue leakage, and implement corrective measures to enhance cash flow and collections performance.
- Invoicing & Receivables Management: Review invoicing processes, track unbilled revenue, and assess accounts receivable performance to ensure timely and accurate financial settlements.
- Asset & Operational Efficiency: Analyze equipment and asset utilization, idle time, and operational performance to recommend improvements that reduce downtime and enhance profitability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Design and maintain interactive management reports, dashboards, and KPIs that offer clear visibility into business performance, enabling data-backed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and PMO teams to refine cost-control strategies, improve revenue protection, and drive operational excellence.

- Experience: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in cost control, revenue management, or financial analysis, with a focus on asset-intensive industries such as equipment rental or fleet management.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in financial modeling, and experience with utilization and profitability analysis.
- Industry Exposure: Preference for candidates with experience working across **Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and PMO functions**, though not mandatory.
- Certifications (Advantageous but Not Required): CMA, CFA, or a cost/financial analysis certification.
- Invoicing & Collections Expertise: Proven experience in managing invoicing processes, collections, and accounts receivable.
