Key Responsibilities

• Contract Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous reviews of contract documents to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry best practices. Negotiate terms with precision to secure favorable conditions while minimizing exposure to financial, operational, or reputational risks.
• Strategic Contract Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine contract templates, standard operating procedures, and best-practice frameworks that enhance efficiency and mitigate future risks.
• Stakeholder & Project Leadership: Provide expert guidance to project managers, executives, and external partners on contract-related matters, ensuring alignment with project goals and Hill’s strategic objectives.
• Performance & Risk Oversight: Monitor contract performance meticulously, tracking deliverables, milestones, payments, and compliance metrics. Proactively identify risks—whether contractual, financial, or operational—and propose data-driven solutions to resolve issues before they escalate.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation and execution to modifications, extensions, and closure. Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure seamless transitions between phases.
• Legal & Compliance Alignment: Partner closely with legal counsel to navigate complex contractual challenges, ensuring all agreements align with Hill’s policies and global standards. Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
