الوصف الوظيفي

Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving operational excellence through digital transformation? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader to spearhead the adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of digital systems across our manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary authority for digital systems in materials management, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance, ensuring seamless alignment with global standards while empowering local teams to maximize operational efficiency.

As the Local Process Digital Authority, you will bridge the gap between factory operations and enterprise digital strategies, fostering collaboration with global process authorities, master data governance teams, and site leadership. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the successful deployment, stabilization, and continuous enhancement of ERP, MES, and other digital manufacturing systems. By championing standardized business processes and digital solutions, you will elevate operational performance while maintaining compliance with enterprise-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ensuring digital systems are not only implemented effectively but also sustained for long-term success:

  • Digital Operations Leadership: Lead the deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of digital systems across materials management, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance. Collaborate closely with site leadership to drive adoption of standardized processes and digital solutions, ensuring the site’s operational needs are represented in global transformation initiatives.
  • Digital Systems & Process Governance: Oversee data conversion activities, validating legacy data against new system requirements and making critical decisions on data cleansing, prioritization, and enrichment. Ensure global process designs, system configurations, and localization requirements align with site operational needs while maintaining strict compliance with enterprise standards. Partner with global authorities and master data governance teams to uphold process consistency, data integrity, and operational readiness throughout deployment and beyond.
  • Capability Development & Operational Support: Develop and execute role-based training programs to equip materials, manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams with the skills needed to thrive in standardized digital processes. Serve as the primary escalation point for digital system issues, distinguishing between local training gaps, process gaps, and necessary updates to global standards. Monitor key performance indicators related to system utilization, process compliance, and master data quality to drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Cross-Site Collaboration: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and boost user productivity without introducing unauthorized local variations. Actively participate in the DPE LPDA network, collaborating with peers across manufacturing sites to share best practices, lessons learned, and standardization opportunities.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or production operations within an industrial environment, demonstrating a strong foundation in manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain operations. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other digital manufacturing tools is highly advantageous.
  • A track record of process optimization, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to drive adoption and ensure system success.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and site leadership to align digital strategies with operational goals.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and innovation, ensuring that digital systems evolve in tandem with the needs of the business and its workforce.

If you are eager to make a meaningful impact by leading digital transformation initiatives and empowering teams to achieve operational excellence, we invite you to join our team as the Site Digital Key User & Capability Leader. Your strategic insight and hands-on expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital operations.
