Qualifications and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of transmission protocols (e.g., LTE, 5G NR), modulation techniques, and signal processing algorithms.
• Familiarity with network planning tools, simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or specialized Ericsson tools), and performance analysis methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
