As an Electro-Mechanical Engineer at Eastron Gate, you will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex electro-mechanical systems and components. This full-time, hybrid role—based in Dammam with flexible remote work options—offers a dynamic blend of technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• System Design and Optimization: Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of electro-mechanical systems, ensuring they meet technical specifications, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports to support project execution and compliance.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Conduct root-cause analysis for system faults, perform calculations, and utilize simulations to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborative Project Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including electrical, mechanical, and operational experts—to support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance during troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Advanced Technical Expertise: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in electro-mechanical system design, installation, or maintenance.
• Multidisciplinary Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and circuit design, as well as strong mechanical engineering and electromechanical integration skills.
