We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

As our Accountant, your role will encompass a broad spectrum of financial responsibilities, including:

• Financial Record-Keeping and Reporting: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and ensure all accounting records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local standards and company policies.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payment vouchers, and vendor reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate financial settlements.
• Bank Reconciliations and Cash Flow Management: Reconcile bank statements monthly and monitor cash flow to support liquidity planning and financial stability.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Compliance and Auditing Support: Ensure adherence to Saudi and regional financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls while assisting with external audits and stakeholder communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, procurement, and management, as well as external partners such as auditors and vendors, to streamline financial processes and foster transparency.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Proven Experience in Accounting: A solid grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management, with hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong numerical aptitude, critical thinking, and the ability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to financial documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all transactions and reports.
• On-Site Commitment: Availability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain organized financial records under tight timelines.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, fostering clear and professional communication.
• Education and Certifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are highly advantageous. Familiarity with local Saudi and regional financial regulations is preferred.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the events, entertainment, or manpower supply industries will be viewed favorably, as it aligns with our sector-specific needs and operational dynamics.
