As the **Portfolio Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing a diversified portfolio of joint ventures, ensuring financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with the conglomerate’s vision. • Strategic Operations & Compliance: Actively participate in board meetings and daily operational reviews to monitor joint venture performance. Develop and deliver comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, providing actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Conduct thorough market surveys and competitive analyses to identify emerging growth opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial standards.
• Business Development & Partnership Expansion: Proactively identify and evaluate high-potential joint venture opportunities, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, assessing project viability and long-term value creation potential. Support the conglomerate’s expansion initiatives by leveraging industry insights and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
• Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: Initially operate as an individual contributor with board-level support, gradually transitioning into a leadership role by building and managing a dedicated team. Provide strategic guidance and operational oversight to ensure seamless execution across multiple joint ventures, driving efficiency and performance.

Key Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** complemented by an **MBA in Finance**, reflecting a strong foundation in both technical and financial disciplines.
• **10+ years of progressive experience** in portfolio management, corporate finance, or investment management, with a proven track record in the industrial, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas sectors.
