Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust motor insurance strategy that aligns with Rasan’s business objectives, ensuring market competitiveness and profitability.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of motor insurance operations, including underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and customer service, to deliver superior efficiency and quality.
• Product Innovation: Drive the development and launch of innovative motor insurance products tailored to meet the evolving needs of Saudi consumers and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk assessment frameworks to mitigate potential exposures while maintaining a balanced approach to growth and profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi Arabian insurance regulations and industry standards, collaborating with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-caliber team of insurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, finance, and IT, as well as external partners such as brokers, agents, and regulatory bodies, to drive cohesive and effective outcomes.
• Performance Optimization: Utilize data analytics and market insights to identify trends, optimize underwriting policies, and enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional with a proven track record in leading motor insurance divisions within a corporate or financial institution. Your background should include:

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in insurance, with at least 8 years in a leadership or executive role within motor insurance operations.
• Deep expertise in underwriting, claims management, and risk assessment, with a strong understanding of motor insurance markets, particularly in the Middle East.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and external partners.
• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification in insurance (e.g., CPCU, FCII) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian insurance regulations, market dynamics, and the local business environment is essential.
