Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Consultation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing clients’ vision needs, recommending high-quality optical products, and guiding them through the selection and purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Sales Growth & Target Achievement: Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying market opportunities, understanding customer preferences, and implementing strategic sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Product Expertise & Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear technology, materials, and design, ensuring you can confidently advise customers on frames, lenses, and accessories that align with their lifestyle and vision correction needs.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with optical technicians, inventory managers, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate product availability, and a seamless customer experience from consultation to aftercare.
