Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Excellence: Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based training sessions on life support protocols, including CPR, ACLS, BLS, and advanced resuscitation techniques. Ensure adherence to international guidelines and best practices in healthcare education.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training modules, manuals, and educational resources to reflect the latest advancements in medical science and emergency response strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine content and ensure relevance to real-world scenarios.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with healthcare institutions, hospitals, and training centers to tailor programs to their specific needs. Build strong relationships with medical professionals, administrators, and regulatory bodies to promote continuous improvement in life support training.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate trainee performance through practical assessments, simulations, and knowledge tests. Provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes and ensure competency in life support techniques.
• Technical Proficiency: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in medical training, such as simulation mannequins, virtual reality platforms, and e-learning modules. Integrate innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all training activities comply with local and international healthcare regulations, including those set by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and other relevant authorities. Maintain a rigorous focus on safety protocols during hands-on training sessions.
