Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, review, and management of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.
• Ensure accurate measurement, valuation, and documentation of construction works in compliance with industry standards and contractual agreements.
• Lead negotiations and contract administration to resolve disputes, clarify ambiguities, and ensure fair and transparent financial settlements.
• Monitor project progress against cost benchmarks and provide timely reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align technical and financial aspects of project execution.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining the integrity of project deliverables.
• Train and mentor junior Quantity Surveyors to enhance team performance and uphold professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices in quantity surveying.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A recognized degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a supervisory role within the construction industry (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in cost estimation, tender evaluation, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with industry software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or cost management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or project management (e.g., CIOB, RICS) is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for effective communication in a Saudi Arabian setting.
