Key Responsibilities:

You will play a central role in the following key areas:

• Strategic Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Manufacturing, ensuring alignment with business processes and operational best practices.
• System Optimization and Performance: Oversee the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Oracle SCM modules, conducting regular assessments to identify and mitigate inefficiencies while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Business Process Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications, ensuring that system configurations meet strategic and operational goals.
• Gap Analysis and Solution Design: Perform comprehensive gap analyses to identify system limitations, propose innovative solutions, and recommend enhancements that align with evolving business needs.
• Technical Customization and Development: Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and workflows using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports to tailor Oracle EBS to specific business requirements, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• System Integration and Collaboration: Design, develop, and maintain integration interfaces between SCM modules and other enterprise systems, coordinating with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide end-to-end technical support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization, to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine Oracle EBS maintenance activities, including system updates, upgrades, and patch management, to keep the environment current and secure.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end users and technical teams, ensuring proficiency in Oracle SCM modules and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation covering system configurations, operational procedures, technical designs, and compliance standards to support future reference and audits.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in Supply Chain systems development projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with project objectives.
• Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to leverage Oracle EBS capabilities for operational efficiency, driving process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Technical Advocacy: Stay abreast of the latest Oracle EBS SCM practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends, implementing relevant improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
