What You’ll Do

As the face of Le Café LPM’s marketing efforts, your role will span content creation, digital campaigns, social media management, and in-café activations. You’ll be the bridge between our brand’s vision and the audience, ensuring every touchpoint—whether online or offline—feels authentic, engaging, and on-brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Develop visually refined, on-brand content that captures the essence of Le Café LPM—from photography and video shoots to blog posts and social media updates. Your creativity will shape how we tell our story, ensuring it’s both inspiring and true to our values.
• Digital & Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms with precision, scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, and building a loyal community that connects emotionally with our brand. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and drive interaction will be key to growing our digital presence.
• Event & Activation Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-café events, promotions, and activations that create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether it’s a themed evening, a local artist showcase, or a seasonal campaign, you’ll bring ideas to life with energy and flair.
• Market Awareness & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather insights from our audience, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. Your ground-level perspective will help refine our approach, ensuring our campaigns are relevant, timely, and impactful.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work seamlessly with our operations, creative, and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly—on brand, on time, and within budget. Your adaptability and teamwork will be essential as we scale and evolve.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and charismatic professional with a passion for marketing in the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Your profile should include:

• 3+ years of marketing experience in sectors where brand authenticity and guest experience are paramount.
• Proven expertise in content creation, including photography, videography, and storytelling for digital platforms.
• Digital campaign management skills, with a strong track record of increasing engagement and reach.
• Social media savvy, including platform management, community building, and data-driven content optimization.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, people-facing environment, where adaptability and energy are non-negotiable.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. A bonus if you’re bilingual, particularly in French or another European language.
