In this full-time, non-management position, you will be the first point of contact for guests, expertly managing all reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, or traditional channels. Your role extends beyond administrative tasks—you will be the architect of memorable stays by identifying guest needs, recommending the ideal room types, and ensuring flawless availability and pricing. With a keen understanding of our guarantee policies, special rates, and cancellation terms, you will guide guests with clarity and confidence, while accommodating unique requests and documenting them meticulously.

Your expertise will also extend to our state-of-the-art reservation system, where you will input and retrieve data with accuracy, categorizing special reservations such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts, or travel agent inspections with the correct codes and rates. When challenges arise, you will follow structured escalation procedures to resolve guest concerns efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction remains our top priority.
