In this role, you’ll serve as the voice of our brands online, fostering authentic connections with our community while aligning our digital efforts with broader business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining a cohesive, high-impact social media presence that reflects our brand’s values and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Content Planning and Execution: Develop and manage a **monthly content calendar** across all brand pages, ensuring alignment with business priorities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
• Paid Social Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize **paid social media campaigns** focused on brand awareness and engagement. Leverage platform-specific tools to maximize reach, interaction, and conversion potential while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Performance Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze **weekly and monthly performance metrics** across all social platforms, translating data into actionable insights. Produce comprehensive reports that highlight key trends, competitor benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth **competitor analysis**, tracking industry trends, platform updates, and rival strategies. Share regular insights with leadership to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of market shifts.
• Community Engagement and Moderation: Act as the primary point of contact for all brand interactions, including comments, messages, and mentions. Maintain a **consistent brand tone** while fostering positive engagement, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
