• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to evaluate the condition of grounds, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring consistent adherence to St. Regis’ high standards. Address issues promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain the property’s aesthetic and functional integrity.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Promote eco-friendly practices by optimizing water usage, reducing waste, and incorporating sustainable landscaping techniques. Stay informed about industry trends and advocate for environmentally responsible solutions.
