Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including architects, engineers, and contractors—to deliver integrated, high-performance building solutions.
• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies that enhance energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and comply with green building certifications.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on mechanical systems optimization, cost management, and project timelines.
• Drive innovation in building services technology, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of **10 years** of progressive experience in **mechanical engineering, building services, or a related discipline**, with a strong focus on large-scale projects.
