Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and personalized advisory services.
• Strategic Consultation: Provide expert guidance to clients on project planning, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency, leveraging your deep understanding of the engineering and construction landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to offer actionable recommendations that align with KAZMEH’s strategic objectives and client expectations.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and sales professionals, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and timely delivery of advisory services.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, participate in tenders, and contribute to the expansion of KAZMEH’s client portfolio in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
• Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address client concerns with professionalism and creativity, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently to maintain trust and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or industry-specific certifications) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in client advisory, business development, or a related role within the engineering, construction, or consulting sectors. Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous.
• Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle management, contract negotiations, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the engineering and construction sectors in Saudi Arabia, including knowledge of local market dynamics, government projects, and private sector trends.
