As a Planning Engineer at Advanced LEVELS, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, engineers, and contractors—to develop robust project plans, mitigate risks, and align timelines with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Project Plans: Create detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans using industry-leading tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software. Continuously update and refine plans to reflect real-time progress and adjustments.
• Risk and Contingency Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure contingency plans are integrated into project execution.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align planning efforts with project goals. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Cost and Resource Optimization: Analyze project data to optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and enhance cost efficiency. Provide insights to leadership on resource allocation and budgetary considerations.
• Monitor and Report Progress: Track project milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics. Generate comprehensive reports for leadership and stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all project plans and documentation adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and deliverables.
