Key Responsibilities

As the **Cost Control Manager**, your responsibilities will include:

• Budgetary Leadership: Develop, monitor, and refine budgets, forecasts, and expense reports to align financial goals with operational objectives. Ensure adherence to approved budgets while identifying areas for optimization.
• Cost Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth cost analyses to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions. Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting cost trends, variances, and potential savings opportunities.
• Supplier and Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Department to evaluate supplier performance, negotiate favorable terms, and establish strategic partnerships that reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Inventory and Asset Control: Oversee periodic physical counts of inventory for affiliates and distributors to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Monitor food costs in high-volume environments, such as restaurants, to align actual expenditures with financial projections.
• Invoice and Procurement Oversight: Scrutinize invoices to verify the accuracy of products/services received against agreed-upon costs. Ensure all purchases align with budgetary constraints and organizational policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to streamline cost-tracking processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance financial transparency.
• Audit Support: Act as the primary liaison between auditors and Supply Chain during annual audits, providing critical information and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, market fluctuations, and emerging cost-saving technologies to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
• Experience: At least **8 years of hands-on experience** in cost control, financial analysis, or procurement within the **FMCG or F&B industry**, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in **multibranch F&B brands**.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, menu engineering, and financial modeling. Proficiency in cost accounting principles and ERP systems.
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify patterns, and propose actionable recommendations. Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, and foster a collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
