In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic technical leader, ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical energy assets, including heavy-duty gas turbines, aero turbines, centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and their associated control, protection, and accessory systems. Your responsibilities will span from diagnosing complex technical issues to delivering data-driven solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a central role in maintaining the integrity of our products by:

• Proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges across component and system levels, ensuring alignment with industry-leading standards and best practices.
• Acting as the primary technical liaison between field operations, design engineering, and customers, facilitating collaborative problem-solving and driving corrective actions to address critical issues.
• Leading root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives for product-related technical anomalies, interfacing with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
• Providing expert technical support to commercial teams during sales and service proposal activities, ensuring competitive and technically sound offerings.
• Traveling globally to customer sites to:
• Present technical recommendations during review meetings, championing our commitment to innovative solutions.
• Support unplanned outages to mitigate downtime and enhance reliability, while overseeing planned outages to meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with design engineering and external suppliers to execute fleet program initiatives with precision and efficiency.
• Developing and delivering technical presentations for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of key developments and challenges.
• Partnering with Contractual Services and Field Services teams to provide technical oversight during critical maintenance phases.

What You Bring to the Table:

To excel in this position, you will possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Electronics/Control & Instrumentation, or Electrical & Electronics) or an equivalent qualification, coupled with **2–5 years of hands-on experience** in the design, operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of heavy-duty gas turbines and associated systems.
• Proven experience in **technical problem-solving**, with a strong aptitude for diagnosing complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Experience in a **matrix leadership environment**, where collaboration across disciplines and global teams is essential.
• Field maintenance or customer-facing experience, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional **communication skills**, enabling you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A **self-starter mentality**, with the ability to work under pressure, make data-driven decisions, and lead initiatives in dynamic conditions.
• Eligibility to work in **Saudi Arabia** without sponsorship or legal restrictions, along with the flexibility to travel **20–25% of the time** and support emergency technical needs during weekends.
