Your Impact

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand loyalty, and organic growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation and Curation: Design and publish high-impact content across platforms—including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok—to showcase PECTIV®’s unique value proposition. Ensure messaging aligns with our brand voice, emphasizing education, empowerment, and the benefits of our Anion Technology.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and manage content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including creative, product, and PR—to ensure seamless execution and cohesive storytelling.
• Community Engagement: Foster authentic interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Build a loyal community that advocates for PECTIV®’s mission of safer, healthier period care.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key metrics—such as reach, engagement rates, and conversion—using analytics tools to refine strategies. A/B test content variations and campaigns to maximize ROI and audience retention.
• Influencer and Partnership Development: Identify and nurture collaborations with influencers, advocates, and media outlets to expand PECTIV®’s reach. Coordinate campaigns that highlight real user experiences and brand authenticity.
• Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in social media, feminine care, and digital marketing. Propose creative initiatives—such as user-generated content campaigns, educational series, or interactive polls—to keep our audience engaged and informed.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a track record of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across major platforms. Experience in growing audiences, increasing engagement, and driving conversions is essential.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messages in English. Arabic fluency is an advantage but not mandatory; however, cultural sensitivity and adaptability are key.
• Content strategy acumen, including the ability to develop content calendars, align messaging with marketing goals, and tailor content for diverse audiences and channels. Experience in storytelling that educates, informs, and inspires is a must.
• Data-driven decision-making, with proficiency in analyzing social media metrics to refine strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite is beneficial.
• Technical proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design or multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing content.
• Relevant industry experience, ideally within FMCG, beauty, health, or lifestyle sectors. A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns—particularly in the feminine care or wellness space—will strengthen your application.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a bonus.
