Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of leadership, technical, and collaborative responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of OutSystems developers, establishing best practices, conducting rigorous code reviews, and fostering a culture of excellence. Act as a mentor, guiding junior and mid-level developers to elevate their skills and contribute to high-impact projects.
• Architectural Vision & Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable OutSystems applications—including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions—adhering to OutSystems 4-Layer Architecture principles. Ensure solutions are future-proof, modular, and aligned with enterprise-grade standards.
• Integration & System Architecture: Architect and execute complex integrations with external systems, databases (SQL Server/Oracle), APIs (REST/SOAP), and enterprise platforms such as Creatio CRM and .NET backends. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across heterogeneous environments.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and robust deployment strategies within OutSystems Service Studio and Lifetime. Drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and deployment reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UI/UX designers to translate intricate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Provide accurate development estimates and ensure alignment between technical feasibility and business goals.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, including performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and critical production issues. Implement proactive monitoring and optimization strategies to enhance system resilience.
• Governance & Security: Enforce stringent security protocols, including access control, data encryption, and mitigation of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and best practices within the OutSystems ecosystem.
