• Developing and executing high-quality, trend-driven short-form video content tailored for Snapchat and TikTok, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Utilizing AI tools to optimize content creation, editing, and distribution, staying ahead of platform algorithms and audience preferences.
• Capturing dynamic on-site content, including property tours, event coverage, and company activities, to provide authentic and engaging visuals for our digital channels.
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to brainstorm innovative content ideas, campaigns, and strategies that amplify our brand’s reach and influence.
• Monitoring and adapting to the latest social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all content, from visual aesthetics to messaging, to strengthen our company’s digital identity.

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical proficiency and creative flair. We are looking for a candidate with:

• At least six months of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or social media production, with a proven track record of delivering engaging digital content.
• Proficient skills in video editing software such as CapCut or similar tools, along with experience using AI-powered platforms to enhance content production.
• Familiarity with Snapchat and TikTok, including an understanding of their unique algorithms, audience behaviors, and content formats.
• A plus for experience in the real estate industry, as it will allow you to contribute specialized insights to our property-related content.
• Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, to craft compelling narratives and captions that resonate with our audience.
