As a Senior Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products dominate retail shelves, maximizing visibility and driving sales through strategic merchandising and execution excellence. This is a hands-on position where your dedication to precision, customer service, and brand integrity will directly contribute to PepsiCo’s market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be to optimize our on-shelf presence across assigned retail outlets while upholding the highest standards of merchandising and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Merchandising Execution: Adhere to approved planograms to ensure our products are positioned optimally across all access points—shelves, stands, and floor displays—while maintaining compliance with agreed-upon terms.
• In-Store Engagement: Conduct in-store sampling sessions and promotions as required to enhance consumer interaction and drive trial of our products.
• Inventory and Compliance Management: Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to ensure product freshness, remove sub-standard items, and maintain clean, well-stocked displays at all times.
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and report deviations or opportunities to capitalize on market trends.
• Customer Collaboration: Build strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and addressing any non-compliance promptly.
• Campaign Participation: Actively engage in sampling, redemption, and promotional campaigns to amplify brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Reporting and Accountability: Provide daily activity reports to your supervisor, ensuring adherence to journey plans and execution standards.

Your performance will be measured against key metrics, including execution standards, planogram adherence (LTA enforcement), and journey plan compliance, ensuring consistency and excellence in every visit.
