Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Prepare, review, and validate civil and structural drawings, plans, layouts, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.
• Collaborative Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams—including engineering, maintenance, and procurement—and external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and suppliers to streamline project workflows and resolve technical challenges.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of shop drawings, material specifications, method statements, and contractor submissions to uphold project integrity and compliance with the Saudi Building Code and company standards.
• Field Oversight: Perform on-site inspections and progress monitoring to verify adherence to approved designs, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Project Compliance: Oversee civil works to guarantee full compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and optimizing project outcomes.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scope of work, providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.
• Technical Evaluation: Assist in the technical assessment of contractors, suppliers, and engineering proposals, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Compile comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation, including drawings, quantity records, and BOQs, to facilitate transparency and accountability.
• Project Closure: Participate actively in inspections, snagging, testing, and handover processes, ensuring a smooth transition from project execution to final delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, demonstrating a strong foundation in structural design, construction techniques, and engineering principles.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering, construction, renovation, site supervision, or project execution, with a preference for candidates with experience in facility development or large-scale construction projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Valid registration or accreditation with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), ensuring adherence to professional and legal standards in Saudi Arabia.
• National Eligibility: Saudi nationality is required to fulfill the role’s operational and regulatory obligations.
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent command of both Arabic and English, both in written and spoken communication, to facilitate seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant civil engineering software, with an added advantage for experience in Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM tools to enhance design and project management capabilities.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of civil and structural drawings, construction materials, BOQs, quantity take-offs, site supervision, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure project excellence.
