What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a chef who embodies the following qualities and experience:

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a luxury or fine-dining environment, with a strong foundation in French and/or Mediterranean cuisine.
• Leadership and Vision: Exceptional team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent while maintaining high operational standards.
• Strategic Mindset: Deep knowledge of kitchen operations, cost control, and menu development, with a focus on both efficiency and creativity.
• Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish served.
• Passion for Innovation: A hands-on, creative approach that thrives on pushing culinary boundaries while respecting tradition.
